    Hello,
My Nigerian doe was successfully bred on November 3rd, and she will be due April 2nd. I don’t see a big difference in her size and I was wondering when she will really get big.
    Thank you!

I know this post is old but my goat is definitely pregnant she got bred October 20, 2019 and was supposed to be due march 18th…but it is know April 5. She looks like she is about to pop, her udders are full, but no labor. We are positive she got bred october 20th so I have no idea what is happening and I know she is pregnant, but no signs other than her bagging up. Help!

      Hi Sage-

Either your doe was not actually bred until later or she is well past her due date. If you believe she is past her due date by that much you need to contact the vet immediately.
Best of luck with your doe. Thank you -Bobbi (DaNelle’s Assistant)

I need to space the breeding of my goats this summer. A vet gave me something in a hypodermic that I gave my goat and it was in heat the very next day. That vet is no longer around and the other vet sold me some stuff with an 8 day waiting period and then nothing happened. Do you know what the amazing 24 hour stuff is and where I can get it?

      Hi Jesse-
I assume the hormone the vet gave your goat was Lutalyse.
      I hope that helps.
      Thank you -Bobbi (DaNelle’s Assistant)

This is not about goats but the Weed em and Reap channel on youtube has made me love goats and now my favorite animal. I am only 13 years old and you all have made an impact in my life. And when I grow up I am going to live in Arizona and live on a goat farm.

    Thank You,
    Maryam Rose Batts
