Weekly Meal Plan

If you’re new here, you may want to get caught up on how I do meal planning.  If you are a die-hard reader bordering on stalker, then let’s just get right to it!

Summer’s here! So you’ll see lighter dishes, with a little less meat & grains in them for us.

I love eating leftovers the next day because I save myself time by turning dinner cleanup into packing the next day’s lunch boxes (affiliate link) and let’s face it, life is just plain easier when you only have to worry about providing a healthy breakfast & dinner! Real food can be easy! Let’s begin, shall we?

Sunday
Scrambled eggs, fruit with yogurt.
LEFTOVERS from Saturday dinner.
Steak fajitas with my homemade soaked tortilla recipe

Monday

French toast with my homemade soaked bread recipe
LEFTOVERS from Sunday dinner.

Cold Summer Soup – I’m thinking something tomato-y. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Tuesday
Soaked Oatmeal with butter, milk, maple syrup
LEFTOVERS from Monday dinner.
Herb Chicken Tetrazini Casserole

Wednesday
Yogurt PB&J Smoothies
LEFTOVERS from Tuesday dinner.
Homemade Mozzarella Sticks & fresh garden salad with homemade ranch dressing

Thursday
Fried eggs, sauteed greens
LEFTOVERS from Wednesday dinner.
Fish n’ Chips

Friday
Toast with nut butter, raw milk, fruit
LEFTOVERS from Thursday dinner.
Homemade Pizza ya’ll!

Saturday
Omelets
LEFTOVERS from Friday dinner.
Out to Eat Night

Snack choices this week:  Summer Popsicles, Fresh Fruit/Cheese
Desserts this week: Cream Cheese Brownies, Blueberry-Lemon Gelato

ABOUT DANELLE

DaNelle started to take an interest in a healthier lifestyle after suffering from two debilitating chronic diseases. On a mission to create a farm of her own, DaNelle forced, or rather 'lovingly persuaded' her husband to purchase a ranch home on an acre of land and transform it into their very own urban farm. DaNelle blogs at Weed 'em & Reap where she writes about the sustainable backyard farming, traditional food, & natural remedies.
