Weekly Meal Plan
If you’re new here, you may want to get caught up on how I do meal planning.  If you are a die-hard reader bordering on stalker, then let’s just get right to it!

I love eating leftovers the next day because I save myself time by turning dinner cleanup into packing the next day’s lunches  into my awesome stainless steel lunchboxes and let’s face it, life is just plain easier when you only have to worry about providing a healthy breakfast & dinner! Real food can be easy! Let’s begin, shall we? …

Sunday
Soaked whole-wheat biscuits & scrambled eggs
LEFTOVERS from Saturday dinner or just snacking/cleaning out the fridge
Baked Potato Bar (I’ll make a broth this week from some bones I’ve been saving in the freezer)

Monday

Yogurt, fruit, soaked nuts, raw honey
LEFTOVERS from Sunday dinner.
Lamb stew – recipe coming soon.
Tuesday
Fried eggs, sourdough toast & raw milk
LEFTOVERS from Monday dinner
Hearty Sprouted Lentil Soup

Wednesday
Kefir smoothies with leftover greens from garden and in-season fruit.
LEFTOVERS from Tuesday dinner.
Macadamia Nut Pesto with Spaghetti Squash pasta

Thursday
PB Banana sourdough toast & raw milk
LEFTOVERS from Wednesday dinner.
Lime Tilapia Tacos

Friday
Deviled eggs with Salmon Roe — or without the salmon roe (we shall see if the kids like it)
LEFTOVERS from Thursday dinner.
Homemade Pizza Night — here’s a great dough recipe

Saturday
Smoothies
LEFTOVERS from Friday dinner.

Snack choices this week:  Orange jello lemon stars
Desserts this week:  Coconut Flour Brownies, Strawberry Tiramisu

ABOUT DANELLE

DaNelle started to take an interest in a healthier lifestyle after suffering from two debilitating chronic diseases. On a mission to create a farm of her own, DaNelle forced, or rather 'lovingly persuaded' her husband to purchase a ranch home on an acre of land and transform it into their very own urban farm. DaNelle blogs at Weed 'em & Reap where she writes about the sustainable backyard farming, traditional food, & natural remedies.

HEY THERE!

I'm DaNelle. I'm a city girl who convinced her husband to buy goats. Because, goats. Growing my own food has been an amazing experience, and this is the place I share it all with you! READ MORE…
