Weekly Meal Plan

If you’re new here, you may want to get caught up on how I do meal planning.  If you are a die-hard reader bordering on stalker, then let’s just get right to it!

Summer’s here! So you’ll see lighter dishes, with a little less meat & grains in them for us.

I love eating leftovers the next day because I save myself time by turning dinner cleanup into packing the next day’s lunches into my favorite lunchboxes and let’s face it, life is just plain easier when you only have to worry about providing a healthy breakfast & dinner! Real food can be easy! Let’s begin, shall we?

Sunday
Soaked Oatmeal with soaked almonds, organic butter, raw milk & honey
Nachos, leftovers, salsa & chips, veggies from our garden – bascially snacking.

Coconut Oil Chicken Glaze

Monday

Eggs, Bacon, Toast, Fruit, Raw Milk.
LEFTOVERS from Sunday dinner.

Veggie Spring Egg Rolls – Yes, probably white flour, but occasionally we like to live on the wild side.

LEFTOVERS from Monday dinner.
Homemade Hamburgers & Not yo’ Mama’s Potato Salad

Wednesday
Cheesy Omelets

ABOUT DANELLE

DaNelle started to take an interest in a healthier lifestyle after suffering from two debilitating chronic diseases. On a mission to create a farm of her own, DaNelle forced, or rather 'lovingly persuaded' her husband to purchase a ranch home on an acre of land and transform it into their very own urban farm. DaNelle blogs at Weed 'em & Reap where she writes about the sustainable backyard farming, traditional food, & natural remedies.

Yes! You have to try pizza on the grill. If you have a pizza stone, that is the best way to go. Put it on the grate as soon as you pour the coals in, and let it heat up along with the grill. Then make a really thin crust pizza (toppings should be pretty minimal too — they made need to be pre-cooked) and it will cook super fast!
