large bulb of jicama
, shredded

large carrots
, shredded

golden beet
, shredded

bunch diced green onions

minced cilantro
Dressing

mayo
(try my homemade version)

yogurt
(try my homemade version)

vinegar

honey
salt n' pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine shredded veggies & cilantro in a bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients in blender and pour over slaw.
