10 Second Homemade Mayonnaise

The easiest homemade mayo in existence! Yields 1 1/2 cups


  • NOTE: Please cut this recipe in half if this is the first time you are making it. It will help you make sure it comes together without wasting too many ingredients.
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 1/4 c light olive oil
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Place the egg yolks in a wide mouth pint mason jar. (THE EGG YOLKS MUST COME FIRST)
  2. Add the lemon juice, salt, and olive oil.
  3. Using an immersion blender, blend until thickened. (click here to see where I buy mine)
  4. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
