Real Food Cupcake Batter

Ingredients

flour
(sprouted flour is best, but you may use whole wheat or spelt if you like)
1/2
c
cocoa powder
1 1/2
TBS
baking powder
1/2
tsp
real salt
1 1/4
c
sucanat
(also known as real cane sugar)
1/2
c
coconut oil or real organic butter
1 2/3
c
water

eggs

TBS
vanilla
Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients well so there are no clumps.
2. Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour into lined or greased cupcake pans. Makes 18 awesome sauce cupcakes.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
