Weekly Meal Plan

If you’re new here, you may want to get caught up on how I do meal planning.  If you are a die-hard reader bordering on stalker, then let’s just get right to it!

Summer’s here! So you’ll see lighter dishes, with a little less meat & grains in them for us.

I love eating leftovers the next day because I save myself time by turning dinner cleanup into packing the next day’s favorite lunchboxes (affiliate link) and let’s face it, life is just plain easier when you only have to worry about providing a healthy breakfast & dinner! Real food can be easy! Let’s begin, shall we?

Sunday
Fried eggs on toast, raw milk, watermelon
LEFTOVERS from Saturday dinner.
BBQ Beef Sandwiches with this sauce and this bread made into rolls.

Monday

LEFTOVERS from Sunday dinner.
Zucchini pasta made with this pasta maker (affiliate link), and served with homemade pasta sauce

Tuesday
Yogurt with soaked nuts, berries, & honey
LEFTOVERS from Monday dinner.
Nachos with my favorite salsa

ABOUT DANELLE

DaNelle started to take an interest in a healthier lifestyle after suffering from two debilitating chronic diseases. On a mission to create a farm of her own, DaNelle forced, or rather 'lovingly persuaded' her husband to purchase a ranch home on an acre of land and transform it into their very own urban farm. DaNelle blogs at Weed 'em & Reap where she writes about the sustainable backyard farming, traditional food, & natural remedies.

How have I never seen that zucchini pasta maker before??? I’ve made zucchini pasta “by hand” so many times. I love it but hate the effort. I’m ordering this NOW! Thank you!!!
